How accurate is your pre-pack?
Every order is processed by us and laser scanned for accuracy. Our custom
software requires that an order must be complete and accurate before proceeding
to the next order. This gives us one of the highest accuracy rates in the
industry.
If I have a problem - who do I call?
Our toll-free number is on every order. You call US and we handle all
problems FAST! (You do not bother the school or chairperson.)
Do you offer a student incentive program?
Yes, we personalize one for your school. Your input is respected.
What if a customer is dissatisfied with an item?
Our Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any product
you order from us, give us a call and we will do whatever it takes to make things
right. As a valued customer, you are our #1 priority.
We want items that are affordable. Do you have many that are
below $7.00?
We offer a wide variety of retail prices and most are priced below our
competitors.
Will our school receive profit from online orders?
Yes, your school will receive full profit on all internet orders based on
retail prices excluding shipping and handling.
Will my child receive credit for online sales when computing
what prize he receives?
Yes, online orders are uploaded and students received prize credit for each
item.
Where are orders shipped from that are placed online?
The products are shipped directly from our warehouse to the address provided
by the customer.
Who pays the shipping and handling charges for online orders
and how much will be charged?
Orders are shipped to online customers and will have a minimal shipping and
handling fee charged to the customer. This amount will be included in the total
amount charged to their credit card. The fee is $7.00 per order, regardless of
how many items they have purchased.
